Creative French Dining

     The restaurant "Beim Zimmerer" is run by the mother-daughter team of Martine and Rosalind Lambert. These two French ladies have had years of international experience in the restaurant business having worked in various Asian, European, and north American restaurants. Through her 20-plus years in the restaurant trade Martine Lambert has created a cooking style which encompasses many different flavors and styles from around the globe, although the base still comes from her region of Normandy, France.
     Rosalind Lambert was trained in a Swiss Hotel Management School and speaks four languages (English, Spanish,German, French) to be able to cater to guests needs in a more interactive manner. For the past two years the goal of both ladies is to ensure that guests not only enjoy a fine dining experience but have fun doing it. Do not be surprised if along with classic "Boeuf Bourguignon" you will find Cajun Shrimp Etouffee or a south American Ceviche.
